"Yes, you can use the picture of Carl Lundgren on the MidAmerican Photo Archive from Windycon 33. As I am the photographer, I would like to be credited. But I also have the original and now know how to reduce its file size. If you would like I could make a smaller jpeg (just tell me what size you want) and email it to you, or you can us the thumbnail like you discussed, that way someone could click to get the best image possible."
